Applications are invited from the Indian Nationals for various scientific posts under different institutes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi:
Director/joint Director/Zonal Project Director: Posts-5
Age: Max 60 years as on 23.08.2010.
Pay Band/Scale: PB-4, Rs.37,400- 67,000 + RGP Rs.10,000
Head of Division: Posts-2
Age: Max 60 years as on 23.08.2010.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs.37,400- 67,000 + RGP Rs.10,000
Senior Scientist / Programme Coordinator: Posts 190
Age : The maximum age limit is 47 years as on 23.08.2010
Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100 (with minimum pay of Rs.22,320) + RGP of Rs.8000/-
Application Fee:
Crossed Demand Draft {to be enclosed in horizontal position} for Rs.500/- and valid for 6 (six) months drawn in favour of SECRETARY, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). For the candidates abroad, the application fee should be accompanied with a crossed International Bank Draft for US $ 20 drawn in favour of SECRETARY, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). However, the candidates belonging to SC/ST category are exempted from paying the application fee.
How To Apply :
The application form complete in all respects should reach the Secretary, ASRB by the closing date. Application forms received after the closing date will not be entertained. In case a candidate anticipates delay in forwarding of his/her application form ‘Through Proper Channel’, he/she must send an
‘Advance Copy’ of the application form to the SECRETARY, ASRB, KAB-I, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 on or before the closing date. However, at the same time the candidate should strive for getting the ‘Through Proper Channel’ copy of his/her application sent to ASRB through his/her Forwarding Authority within a fortnight after the closing date since receipt of ‘Through Proper Channel’ copy of the application of the candidate in ASRB is a must, and non receipt of the same may result in rejection of his/her
