* Should be able to troubleshoot issues on this platform and should be internet savvy
* Good Knowledge of Internet (Modems, Routers, ISPs, Ping, File Types, etc.)
* Both graduates & undergraduates can apply for this position
* Candidates with exceptionally excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal) only are eligible here.
Note :
1. Candidates should be carrying the print out of the profile & a pass port size photograph
2. Don’t carry CDs, Laptops, Pen Drives, etc.
3. Entry Gate will be closed @ 1.00 pm IST sharp
4. Candidates from outside Pune need not attend this walk in drive, they may speak to Hrishikesh (020-66525000, ext. 2948, Mon to Fri 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm IST)
Job Responsibilities :
* Confer with customers by email/chat or by phone to provide information about the product, to trouble shoot problems that customer might have.
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
* Check to ensure that appropriate actions were made to resolve customers’ issues.
* Resolve complaints by performing activities such as troubleshooting and providing relevant information on time.
* Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess severity of the issue and to determine possible causes.
