1. Customer Care Executive for US inbound Process
2. Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries
3. Upselling Skills, Typing Skills & Accuracy for Chat and E-mail.
4. Should be comfortable working in shifts.
5. Should have excellent Verbal & Written English.
6. Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Involves handling customer service Inbound calls.
2. Involves resolving customer’s queries and retaining them.
3. Provide customers with product and service information.
4. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the knowledge base.
5. Follow-up on customer inquires if not resolved immediately
6. Complete call logs and reports.
7. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
8. Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
