Job Position : Executive- Sales Training

Job Location : Chennai
Job details :
Trainer will be responsible for conducting the training for the AMHI sales force in the given territory. He will also be responsible for the training and activization of intermediaries.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Conduct programs as per specific training requirements with respect to AMHI products, selling skills and soft skills.
2. Provide on the job training and demonstrate sales call closure to sales force.
3. Facilitate activization of intermediaries, eg. sale done by new agents in their first month.
4. Support in content development
5. Provide regular market feedback and competition details.
6. Maintain MIS w.r.t. programs, participant details, feedback scores and data on the activization and productivity of agency force.
Required :
1. 1 yrs to 5 yrs experience and at least 6 months experience in sales training delivery or in training department.
2. Previous experience in insurance or banking industry preferred.
3. MBA with specialization in Marketing or HR preferred.
4. Proficient in MS office especially in Power Point, Excel & Word.
5. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
6. Excellent team player who can get along with people.
