Pay Scale: Rs. 36600-62000 / Rs.32900-58000
Age: Max 45 years/ 41 years
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate(s) should be a graduate and should possess MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Personnel Management / MSW (2 years full time course ) with specialization in Industrial Relations / HR/ OB from a recognized University (including deemed university recognized by UGC) or Institution recognized or affiliated to such Universities or by AICTE. Degree in Law is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with excellent academic career. The incumbent should have the prescribed years of post qualification experience as mentioned above and should have exposure /experience on HR related matters, viz., Implementation of HR policies, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Training & Development, HR Service delivery, Industrial Relations, Contract Labour Management, General Administration etc. Those having experience in a large industrial organization in manufacturing sector will have an added advantage.

The candidate(s) should be a graduate and should possess 1st Division / Class or equivalent in MBA /Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Personnel Management / MSW (2 years full time course ) with specialization in Industrial Relations / HR/ OB from a recognized University (including deemed university recognized by UGC) or Institution recognized or affiliated to such Universities or by AICTE. Degree in Law is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with excellent academic career. Qualification & Experience:
The candidate(s) should be a Graduate and should possess possess 1st Division / Class or equivalent in Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / MSW or equivalent from recognized University or an institution recognized by or affiliated to such University. Adequate knowledge of Malayalam would be essential. The incumbent will be responsible for implementation of all welfare related provisions of Factory Act 1948 and applicable Kerala Factories (Welfare Officers) Rules, 1957 to facilitate formulation of welfare related policies , statutory compliance, liaision with State / Central labour authorities, contract labour management, maintaining a good Industrial Relations with all the stake holder etc.
Public Relations Officer/Asst. Public Relations Officer
Pay Scale: Rs.16400-40500/Rs.12600-32500
Age: Max 27 years/ 26 years
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate(s) should be a graduate and should possess 1st Division / Class or equivalent in M.A (Public Relations)/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in (Public Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication) (2 years full time course ) from a recognized University (including deemed university recognized by UGC) or Institution recognized or affiliated to such Universities or by AICTE. Adequate knowledge of Malayalam would be essential. The incumbent should have the prescribed years of post qualification experience as mentioned above and should have exposure /experience in liaisioning with Govt., agencies/ Department with regard to follow-up of Company work. The incumbent should also be capable of contributing to creation of goodwill with customers, public and media and be able to develop public image of organization through Press, TV/ AIR and other Mass Media. Alround exposure in Public Relation and tactics, Diplomacy to manage company affairs with contacts will be added advantage.
